Looking for an opportunity to work of those extra calories you enjoyed during your Thanksgiving feast? Check out the Pump and Trot Trail at Rockwood. It will provide an opportunity for participants to walk and work out along the paved and lit path beginning in the lower parking lot near the pond. Feel free to bring along your own pair of hand-held weights for the pumping up parts of the trail. If you would prefer a more meditative type of walk check out the Attitude of Gratitude Trail Tale where participants can check out signs that provide opportunities to reflect and count their blessings. The Attitude of Gratitude Trail will begin at the end of the Pump and Trot Trail and continue along the lit, paved path.
