SAFSTOR Real Estate Co requests a recommendation from the Committee to the Board of Adjustment for a Resource Protection Standards variance from Table 40.10.010 of the Unified Development Code to disturb 3.22 acres (100%) of a WRPA Class C Wellhead (50% protection level). In addition, applicant requests recommendation from the Committee to the Department of Land Use to allow an impervious surface ratio of 45% per section 40.10.162.A of the Unified Development Code which allows only 20% impervious surface within a WRPA Class C Wellhead.  Applicant proposes to infiltrate stormwater to maintain the existing quality and quantity of groundwater recharge.
