Demolition permit to demolish a Folk Victorian Style dwelling determined eligible for the National Register of Historic Places and known as the J. Houston House, constructed ca. 1880. S Zoning. Exploratory Minor Subdivision Plan for Bayberry North subdivision. Changes include proposal to subdivide Lot 757 and private open space parcel 5C to add 4 single-family detached lots along W Palladio Place, extinguish lot lone between Lot 757 and private open space parcel 5C and consolidate all remaining area into private open space, indicate existing structures to be removed on Lot 757, increase the total number of lots from 951 to 955. Demolition permit of a single-family dwelling within the Dunleith Neighborhood determined eligible for the National Register of Historic Places as an Historic District. NC5 Zoning. CD 10.

HRB meetings are held on the 1st (Business Meeting) and 3rd (Hearing) Tuesdays of each month. The next meeting of the Historic Review Board will be a business meeting held on February 4, 2020 in the Land Use Conference Room (87 Reads Way) at 5:00 p.m.
