Full-Day Recreation Camps
With five sites across New Castle County, our campers get to enjoy a variety of weekly themes focusing on programs and events, such as supervised games and activities, daily outdoor time, non-competitive sports and arts and crafts, along with educational presentations and life-skills development. Each week, campers travel to different field trip sites and enjoy a visit from Mr. Softee and a trip to the pool. Campers and counselors alike spend 20 minutes a day reading with the New Castle County Library Summer Reading Challenge at all camp locations. This year's theme is "A Universe of Stories". All of these amenities are included in camp fees. Camps meet Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., June 17-August 9 (*with the exception of Talley Day Camp). Fee is $130 per camper per week. Extended care is available 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. for an additional $35 per camper per week. Ages 7-12
