New Castle County is in the process of installing and testing a new software package that will allow customers to pay for programs with credit cards and register for programs online.  At this time, credit cards payments cannot be accepted.  Notice be placed on this site as soon as this service is available.

2. You must also complete the supplemental forms
 Waiver and Participation Agreement
 Emergency Contact Form
 Medical Information Form
3. If applying for financial aid, you must complete the Financial Aid Application
 Financial Assistance Application
4. Return all registration materials to:
