 LAND USE MAP ROOM
You can use our map overlays to view important features of the land as well as the location of vital public services such as roads and sewer districts.
While most of the maps are maintained by staff in New Castle County's Mapping Support Office, some layers have been provided by other sources. For official property maps and records, please contact us at LandUse@co.new-castle.de.usor by telephone at (302) 395-5400. Thank you! |

Our mapping function has been changed to make it easier to use. Labels on the buttons help the casual user to know how to zoom in, to pan, to refresh the screen and other functions. For a quick tutorial, from the GIS Maps page, select "View E ParcelView Map" in the upper right hand corner, then select Quick Start, on the upper right portion of the page.

County's maps offer a wealth of information! You can view zoning and parcel data, environmental features such as waterways and forests and find nearby schools, parks and libraries. Choose one of the three buttons above to select the map of interest to you - GIS maps with district, environmental and other information; Assessment maps with parcel numbers; and Zoning maps that display zoning information.
