Public Safety Promotions
Twelve new public safety department supervisors were officially promoted in ceremonies held on Tuesday evening, August 9, 2005 in Council Chambers.

Employee Recognition
|
Welcome the the New Castle County Virtual Employee Recognition Board. It is an electronic version of the display board in the lobby of the County Government Center, which is located in the New Castle Corporate Commons.
This display pays tribute to the men and women who make our county a great place for people to live, work, play and raise a family. Without the efforts of our more than 1600 employees, the services you have come to appreciate from county government could never be delivered.
Our employees are recognized for longevity of service, as well as individual accomplishments which may or may not be a direct result of their role in county government. Accomplishments are displayed on gold plaques with black lettering, while longevity is recognized by black plaques with gold lettering.
A different group of New Castle County employees will be honored each month, so please visit our Virtual Employee Recognition Board regularly.
