COUNCILMAN CARTIER'S BIOGRAPHY...

John has lived in Delaware since 1971. He attended St. Mark's High School and received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware in 1983. He has been in the HVAC business since 1985 and is currently associated with Gears Mechanical Company. His wife is Dr. Lindsey Slater, a physician with Nephrology Associates. They live in the Penny Hill community.

John is a strong believer in community involvement. He recently demonstrated his leadership ability during the successful campaign to save the Weldin House on Philadelphia Pike.

John's civic and community affiliations include:
