Council Members Jea Street, George Smiley and Bill Bell presented a Council resolution to the New Castle County Paramedics for their committment to training excellence and dedication to providing exceptional emergency care.


Councilman George Smiley is joined by other members of Council in presenting a resolultion recognizing National Child Abuse and Neglect Awareness Month.

Councilman George Smiley presented a bag of tools to the new homeowners of 21 Winburne in New Castle.  The home was a Habitat for Humanity project.   

Councilman Smiley was surprised by Executive Director Sandy Krett and Assistant Paramedic Chief Richard Krett with George Smiley Day at the Howard Weston Senior Center.
