He has served as a member of the New Castle County Farm Preservation Advisory Board, Delaware Open Space Council, the Delaware Citizen’s Task Force for Water Quality, and the Committee for National Parks in Delaware.
Elected to his first term of office as a New Castle County Councilman in November of 2006, Bill presently is the Co-Chair of Council’s Special Services Committee. He is also a member of the Community Services Committee, Finance/Administration Committee, Public Safety Committee, Land Use Committee, Economic Development Committee and Executive Committee.
