People with special needs can sign up for Emergency Preparedness Voluntary Registry

The Delaware 911 emergency system and the Delaware Emergency Management Agency have developed an Emergency Preparedness Voluntary Registry for citizens who have special needs.

The registry was created in collaboration with other agencies to help people with special needs prepare for an emergency event before it happens. Emergencies and disasters sometimes happen with no warning and you need to be ready.

The Emergency Preparedness Voluntary Registry differs from Smart911.com in that it is focused on citizens who have special needs.
