Pre-Exploratory 2016-0069: The Claymont DRAC will meet to consider a redevelopment of an existing gas station at the southeasterly corner of the Philadelphia Pike and Myrtle Avenue intersection.  The new application submitted by SMO Incorporated consists of 3,471 square foot retail building with fuel pumps.

Additionally, Mark Holodick, Superintendent of the Brandywine School District, will be present to discuss the upcoming referendum as they may relate to potential capital improvements to Claymont Elementary School.

Information on all applications is available for public review in the Land Use Department, New Castle County Govt. Center, 87 Reads Way, New Castle DE 19720 from 8am – 4pm Monday through Friday.
