 PUBLIC  HEARING  AGENDA


The DEPARTMENT OF LAND USE AND PLANNING BOARD of New Castle County will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 7, 2015, beginning at 7 p.m., in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Gilliam Building, 67 Reads Way, New Castle, DE, to consider the following applications.  The order in which the applications are listed is subject to change.

 

App. 2015-0106-DR.  South side Stanton Ogletown Road (SR 4), west side of Samoset Drive. To amend a Declaration of Cross Easements and Shared Parking, dated June 18, 1992, by Bellview Properties and associated with a plan of Westgate Corporate Center of Delaware, Phase 1.  The proposed amendment for Bank of America, N.A. will remove 1000 Samoset Drive form the Declaration’s requirements. A record minor land development plan for Bank of America at Christiana Center dated July 1, 2014 (Instrument No. 20141121-0052361) subdivided 1000 Samoset Drive as Lot 1 and it will no longer utilize the facilities regulated by the declaration.   NCpud (Planned Unit Development).  CD 1.

 

App. 2014-0797-S.  West side US 202 (Concord Pike), south side Beaver Valley Road and east side of Ramsey Road.  Exploratory Major Land Development Plan and PLUS Review for Wilmington University, Brandywine Campus.  The purpose of the plan is to propose 3 three- story buildings with a total of 200,000 square feet with associated surface parking on 41 acres.  ST (Suburban Transition) zoning district.  CD 2.

 

Considerations of rezonings may include zones other than those specified in the ordinances, and considerations for all other applications, including text amendments, may include changes other than those specified or requested in the proposals.  Time limitations will be imposed on speakers.  Information on all applications is available for public review in the Land Use Department, New Castle County Government Center, 87 Reads Way, Corporate Commons, New Castle, DE, from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
