The order in which the applications are listed is subject to change.
App. 2013-0856-S. West side Cedar Lane Road, south of Boyds Corner Road. Exploratory Major Land Development Plan and PLUS review for Northeast Christian Church proposes to develop the site with a 27,000 square foot, 2-story church, a 3,000 square foot pavilion, and to relocate and renovate a 6,000 square foot historic house on 22 acres. S (Suburban) zoning district. CD 12.
App. 2013-0105-S/Z. West side McKennans Church Road, south of Oak Ridge Road and north of Thomas Pointe and McKean High School. Exploratory Major Land Development Plan, Rezoning and PLUS review for Westhampton proposes to consolidate two parcels and to rezone the area to ST to develop the site with 24 semi-detached dwellings, 71 townhouses and maintaining the existing historic single family home. Ord. 13-101 will rezone 40.72 acres from S (Suburban) to ST (Suburban Transition). CD 3.
App. 2014-0177-T. To Amend New Castle County Code Chapter 40 ( Unified Development Code or UDC ), Article 6 ( Sign Regulations ), Regarding Electronic Variable Messaging Signs (EVMS). Ord. 14-026 is a text amendment that will reduce the time a message on an EVMS sign shall remain fixed to fifteen (15) minutes from the current twelve (12) hours. County Council sponsor: Joseph Reda.
