Carousel Park is now a Non-Smoking Park

    2000px-No_Smoking.svg
Out of concern for fire prevention, county officials have made Carousel Park & Equestrian Center in Pike Creek a no-smoking county campus.

The decision was made out of concern for personnel, animals and buildings at the site, where grass is especially dry and highly combustible materials are in and around the barns.

The policy was put into immediate effect as a safety precaution.

Smoking now is prohibited throughout the site.
