Route 141 20-Year Study

The Route 141 Corridor Study is complete!

This study evaluated ways to address challenges along the Centre Road/Route 141 corridor from Kirkwood Highway (Route 2) to Concord Pike (US Route 202), including traffic congestion, multi-modal access, land development patterns, community design and long-term impacts on economic competitiveness and job creation.

Three public workshops were held and the findings were presented to New Castle County Council by WILMAPCO.
